FRANKFURT, 02 MARCH 2022 – RS2, the global payments processing, and technology provider, today announced the appointment of Gideon Fourie as Group Chief Commercial Officer. Gideon will be responsible for the enhancement of the Group’s global service and commercial offering.
Gideon combines more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience within Cards, Payments, and Banking. Until most recently, he held the positions of COO & CFO for Fiserv within the DACH Region. Prior to this, he led Strategic Planning and Sales Operations for Fiserv’s non-US businesses. During his time at Fiserv, he held various adjacent leadership positions including MD of First Data Austria GmbH, MD of AyCash GmbH, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fiserv Polska S.A. He previously worked in senior management positions at Barclays Group, Deloitte, and Standard Bank.
